Our first wedding of 2015 was the wedding of Olivia and Tim at the beautiful Callow Hall. Varying shades of purple combined with delicate lace and butterfly details set the understated and intimate tone for their special day. Henry & Flora their adorable pets also had important roles to play in their wedding!
Olivia and Tim met through work a few years ago when they worked together. After a few ‘not so’ subtle hints by Olivia, Tim finally asked her out on a date! Fast forward 12 months and Tim chose Foremark Reservoir as the romantic backdrop to his proposal to Olivia.
Olivia and Tim were kind enough to share with us why they chose their wedding suppliers and why Callow Hall provided the perfect setting for their wedding.“It was a very special day for us and it was great to have so many of our family and friends there to share it with us. Thank you very much for capturing it. We were very glad you were involved and especially pleased by the way you put everybody at their ease and got Thomas to be part of the pictures.
We used Callow Hall for the venue as we loved how intimate it was. We chose Callow because the venue gave the impression of a country house party tailored to our close family and friends rather than the standard wedding package that many other venues offered. The overall organisation, food and friendliness of the staff, was also excellent. Music is important to us and we were fortunate to engage Anna Christensen (harpist) and David Radford (pianist) to provide the music during the day. We used Lisa Sims at the Melbourne Cake Company as her cakes both looked and tasted amazing.”
Their day was a pleasure to photograph. Beautiful venue, wonderful couple…fantastic start to 2015! If you were at their wedding and want to see all of their wedding photographs, please ask them for the password and click here
